How to Implement N-Level Approval for Bid,Live Auction,PO,Contract ?

Hi Experts,

I am new to SRM 5.0. My requirement is how to implement N-Level Approval for Bid, Auction, PO and Contract? Which steps should I follow for N-Level Approval? Can any one send me sample code and name of BADI where I have to implement the code.

Hi

Please check for <b>BBP_WFL_APPROV_BADI</b> using SE18 transaction for relevant Code as well and standard SAP documentation.

Hi friends,

I had activated workflow WS14500028 for N-Level Approval for Bid. I am using BADI BBP_WFL_APPROV_BADI. After any changes in Bid , implementation of badi is not executing. , control is not reaching in implemented badi. . Should i Activate/Deactivate any other workflow ?

Hi,

The workflow WS14500028 is for BID INVITATION and not BID.Also the BADI is used to determine the approvers/agents for the approval workitem.Is the workflow getting triggered?Please write your problem in detail for quick replies.

Hi ,

among the list , it is possible only to have workflow for the following documents

c_po TYPE crmt_subobject_category_db VALUE 'BUS2201',

c_invoice TYPE crmt_subobject_category_db VALUE 'BUS2205'

c_contract TYPE crmt_subobject_category_db VALUE 'BUS2000113',

c_quotation TYPE crmt_subobject_category_db VALUE 'BUS2202'

c_biddingdoc TYPE crmt_subobject_category_db VALUE 'BUS2200'.

It is not possible to have workflow for auctions , it is not supprted.

run the transaction SE18 --->Badi Name -->BBP_WFL_APPROV_BADI

---> menu ---> implementation -->Overview ,

here you can see example implementations provided by SAP for the Badi
