Hi Experts,

I want help. When I am trying to print a Correspondence through the Std. Prog. RFKORD50 i am getting message that ' Format set to X_65_132 ' and system is printing the correspondence in diff. form than the form in which i want the print.

Can anyone tell me why i am getting this message?

Why system is not rpinting the form i have assigned to prog. RFKORD50?

Hi JS,

There're a number of elements here which need to be in line.

Starting at the form (SAPscript or Smartform) that will be assigned a Page format.

This is defined in transaction SPAD (Full admin, Device Types tab).

This page format is assigned to one or many Formats, and the format is assigned to a device type (same place in SPAD).

Finally your printer is defined (SPAD again) with a device type.

So when you run RFKORD50 and specify a printer (or one is taken from config) the system tries to join the Device Type and Page format together and propose the format it finds as the best fit, in this case X_65_132.

Nick

Hi,

I think this problem is related to printer settting. After selecting to print the document, go for printer settting and change the format and try. Get help from Basis people to change the setting and then try.
