how can we see the msgs are processed in integration server?

Just go thru the blog mentioned in the previous reply. This blog by Siva talks about the complete XI Message flow:

However to know in details the complete procedure in XI runtime you just read thru the Runtime section of XI on help.sap. There are many things that comes under the whole runtime procedure.

Also you can check the flow in RWB by checking the status at various steps.

Messages received at the IS are processed through a defined
series of steps called Pipeline Services.

Hey karim,
Login to Xi server.Use transaction SXMB_MONI to see all the messages.To see specifically BPM related messages goto SXMB_MONI_BPE.
The gray colored flag messages are processed successfully.double click (left side)
u can see request message (and also response messageif the scenario is sysnchronous).there u can check the request XML under payload option of Request message and output under payloa option of response message.

Message processed by the Integreation server( Sucessfull or failed) can be checked in the ABAP Stack of XI by running the TCODE: SXMB_MONI and select the cretiera to display the messages accordingly
