Hi all,

Set up cost -

Machine cost/pc -

Component Cost/pc -

Total : -

---

>Rs.115

In my material master, after costing run only machine cost and component cost are captured that is Rs.15 but my machine "set up" cost is not captured in the material master after Costing run (ck24) but it is captured in material cost extimate t.code ck11n.

Reason pls..

If you are viewing the cost from cost component layout, confirm if the cost element for setup cost, has been assigned under the right component.

Please check up the Routing and also the Work Centre for that particular activity type's inclusion in that and also check KP26 price planning for that activity type.

Hi,

Good evening and greetings,

Please check up the Costing Sheet. The Setup Cost should have been defined as either a base or overhead type. If it is defined as an overhead type then a credit is mandatory and if that is missing then you may not get the setup cost in the calculation.
