Triggering IDOC

Hi friends,

if i change the Customet master details in R/3 means.. immeidiatly how can the idoc was triggering.. is there any background procedure is there for triggering Idocs..

i means.. when ever i change the Master data how these data will goes to updated into another systems..

my doubt is where is the connection between our master data and Idocs..

can u plz explain this.. by giving a simple example.. i will be greateful to u..

Hi,

Change Pointers is a concept through the idoc's will be triggered whenever teh master data is changed.

You need to actiate teh change pointers for the apppropriate master data through RBDMIDOC.

thankyou for ur spontaneous response but can u plz tell me little bit clearly.. how can we Activate the change pointers.. first of all what is change pointers.. what is the purpose of this..

what are the steps we need to do in RBDMIDOC
