Can't find the directories "index" and "queue"

hi experts,

I had installed TREX7.0 by sapinst on Windows 2003.

But I can't find "index" and "queue" under usr\sap\<SID>\TRX02\<hostname>.

Do I have to create these directory manually or installation failed ??

I would appriciate it if I cound get the document mentions above procedure

or respose in this thread.

Thank for great information and apologize for late reply.

Luckily I found the usefull document "N09_BB_InstallGuide_JP_JP.doc" .

And I have created index and queue automatically following the instruction

of the document.

there is no need to go for separate folder creation, the PC's from crm and r3 are replicated to trex 7.0 in queue, wait for some like 1/2 hour if u still don't get

then you can search for the folders In TREX> Search for The Folder> Name

conce again check for the trex's configuration and connections in back end with crm and front end with web server,mostly data flow from crm to trex index contains this type of errors.
