How to replace InfoCube with a DSO?

Presently in BI 7.0 we have an InfoCube which needs to be replaced by DSO ( Data Store Object).

The data flow currently is as follows</b>:

Flat File -> InfoPackage->Data Source ---> Transfer Rules ---> InfoSource --> Update Rules ---> InfoCube.

<b>The data flow should be::</b>

<u>Flat File -> InfoPackage->Data Source ---> Transfer Rules ---> InfoSource --> Update Rules ---> DSO.</u>

When I right click / Context Menu of InfoSource I do not find update rules. Am I missing some thing here ?. Please suggest how this can be done.

Hi,

on your DSO right click goto additional functions -> select create update rules here select info source to create update rules.

Right Click on the DSO - > Additional Functions - > Create Update Rules -> Select the Infosource
