Hi,
I have tried to deploy an application from webdynpro into portal. it is showing the error as follows.
An error has occurred:
"Failed to process the request."
Please contact your system administrator.
Show Details
How can I solve this error?
Please guide me how should i get rid of this?

Hi Anil,
It would be great if you could provide the complete exception details that you are getting when deploying the application.
Make sure that you have made an entry of the WAS message server and port for the SAP J2EE engine entry.
To do this. in the NWDS select Window ---> Preferences --->Select SAP J2EE engine ---> Input the following details
Message server host = <your WAS host name or WAS IP address> e.g.ep7dev
Message port = <message server port no. of the WAS> e.g 3900
Open the the View SAP J2EE engine by selecting Windows->Show View> Other->J2EE-->J2EE engine
and after doing the above steps green buttons should be displayed in the SAP J2EE engine view.
