Difference Between HR and HCM Modules

Can anyone please throw some light on the below Topics:

1) What is the difference between HR and HCM modules. Does HCM have the same Components as the HR Module?

2) HCM versions and releases

Hi,

SAP HR is being called as SAP HCM(Human capital management).

MySAP 2004 and 2005 are the versions known as ECC 5.0 and 6.0
