Sap Guys,

Can any have idea about PR automatic generation to do that we can do PO or any further procesing can do

and also i heared auto service creation also possible is it true

is this type of scenarios avilable in SAP

Dear Brent,

It is true what you heared.but it is not possible as my knowledge

it can be done in PM through maintainance order give some maintianing feilds we can raise auto PR number using that we can do PO every function as we doing in MM

and also possible above scenario in service also before you need some configuration

For this T-Code is IW31 for general

Hi

Purchase requition are created automatically in follwing cases:

<b>Third party scenarion</b> where th PR is created automatically as showna you will craee the Sales order,

<b>Secondly From the Plantmaintenace </b> for the Spares parts in the maintance odre If you define item category as 'N', then a PR is created (for the entire requirement -- no shortage determination done here) on order release.

IF you are carrying out MRP then Purchase requistion can also be generated automatically.

Dear Brent,

It cant do in MM functional areas.in same scenarios not possible in service entery sheet in MM

one more i will tell you we can do but it is not in MM i am not sure but we can do your scenario

i am not saying in auto po type it is possible in through some other module
