What is the error it is throwing? You need to debug the routine, first load the data and from PSA there is simulation that will stop in the start routine.
First make sure your start routine is syntax free, open the routine and check.
Second, if there was no any syntax error, then load the data and see why the load fails.
TC RSMON and select your infosource, and in the detail button you should get a failed package. If there is no any failed package then you are good to go, make sure you check in LISTCUBE you check the data and validate against the source system.
If there is failed request, then pick the failed package and document number if any, then put a break-point in your start routine and load this particular document, go to detail tab and in processing section, you will find simulate. That simulation and click on update rule in your start routine is in the update rule otherwise, select transfer rule and that will stop where ever you put the break-point. The debug as you want step by step. That will help you find why the load actually fails.
