Input help pushbutton disabled

Hi everybody

in all may CRM iviews, pushbuttons 'input help' are disabled. When I click on it, a java message ''page can't be displayed'' appears.

What type of iviews are you creating. SAP Transaction iview?

Or are they part of some Business Package?

Please give some more details about the issue.

Thanks for your prompt answer.

The iviews are part of CRM Business Package. In particular I'm implementing roles of marketing to manage marketing campaigns (iviews ''Campaign Management'' and ''Activities'').
