Group Asset

Hi all,

New Assets or without transactions assets are accepting for assignment of group asset in asset master data(Dep. area view).

But old assets (with transactions) are not accepting for assignment of group asset in the asset master(Dep. area view). This field shows display(gray color) only in change mode.

How to active this field.

you can activate the old assets as Group assets.

I do not recollect the path. but Go to IMG and Asset Acc and activate the old assets as Group assets

This path specify dep. area for group asset.

My Question : The old asset masters(with transactions) does not permit group asset assignment. This field appears display mode in old asset master. How to assign group asset no. in old asset masters.
