Conditions in Billing header showing zero

Hi,

The item conditions showing perfect but the Header conditions are not updating.

In the item level tab "Price data" - Statistical Value field I have seen the difference with the earlier document that here it is showing" No cumulaton- valus can not be used statistically" where as for other documents it is showing " system will copy to header details".

Please help me in resolving this.

HI,

please check ur item catergory type.

spro-> img-> sd--> sales> sales document-> sales document item->define item category->eg: If ur item cat is TAN then docuble click ---> here u will find <b>Statistical value</b> field make it blank.

try now

it is already maintained blank but in the VBRP it is showing 'X'. pl. advice

What is item catergory in with respect to the sale order which is having problem.

Please check, this is setting correponds to ur issue

Hi,

The item category is REN , which is other way fine. The sales document type ZRE and Billing type RE both have copy controls proper only. I doubt in the sales order the user has given Reason for Rejection it might be causing the problem.

Rest all settings are fine. Pl. advice . regards, Seshu.

Also check ur sales order item category type which u r referring creating returns order

This worked fine when I changed Sales order Reason for Rejection to blank.
