Premium PO change Manual Standard PO

Hi Gurus,

Good day!

We have a problem here in our PO type, the buyer created a PO and she chose Premium PO. When the buyer saved this PO type the system automatically changed to manual Standard PO type. We are wondering because most of the premium PO's created by buyer were successful and there were no alteration of PO type happened.

I'd like to know how SAP handles Premium PO type changed to Manual Standard PO? Under what conditions/circumstances is this allowed?

SAP does not change the PO type automatically. She must have changed it by mistake.

Typically what happens is that the cursor must have been placed on the document type button (while selecting the Premium PO document type). She must have used the scroll button on the mouse to try to scroll down and this would have changed the document type.

It has happened to me a couple of times while creating a PO.
