Regarding Enterprise Portal iview

Hi all,

I created a news iview in enterprise portal. There i have an image and some news.The news is getting reflected but not the image. When i go to the backend and check in the KM content, the iview opens with the image and the news. But in the front end "image" is not getting reflected. I have given the correct path for the image. How can i rectify it?

Hi,

The path of the image we gave is correct. We can see the image in KM content. But when we preview the iview, the image is not reflecting.only the news is coming. in the image area, just a cross is coming. Why does it is not reflecting in the front end?

Hi ,

I can see a cross there. I tried taking a print screen and pasting it. Image didnt appear.Just a cross appears there. Could you please say me how to resolve this issue?

Hello Divya,

At times the images do create small issues like this.

Test:

Does the image area appear blank or with a cross?

If blank, then try doing a print screen + paste it over MS Word...it will appear there.

If not, please tell me the image format?
