Generating Multiple Planned Order

Dear PP gurus,

I have assigned Independent requirement for three months. Example:- For month 1, 2 and 3. Again, I assign Independent requirement for month 2,3 and 4. Now, after running MRP, system is generating planned order 2 times for the month of 2 and 3.

Pl. gurus tell how to avoid this.

Points should be assigned for all helpful answers.

What is the setting in Individual/coll. of MRP4 view? Also let us know the Lotsize & strategy field in Material master.

Set the lot size to TB, Collective indicator in Individual/coll. of MRP4 & strategy 30 & check.

Lot size has checked, something configured. Strategy group 40. Individual & collective requirement has checked.
