SAP Menu disappeared

Why would the SAP Menu be there one day and gone the next. Only the user menu is displayed and there is no way to switch. The icons for the SAP menu is greyed out.

I'm assuming you refer to SAP Gui.
That would be a better forum to post.
Please take care that your questions get asked in the correct forum.
From my old R/3 days memories, PFCG configurations can change the menu that a user sees. If some global change was made to your role or user by administration, that would/could effect what you can see at logon. I'd check first to know if that change was made
