Saving the reports in PDF

Hi ,

I'm downloading a reports or smartforms from SAP and trying to save as PDF.

But I'm <b>not able save as PDF</b>.

Can any one help in this , it would be a greatful to us.

Pls do the needful.

what do you want to download and save as a PDF file?.

The source code of the report and the SmartForm XML file?

Hi Dieter,

I got the solution for this...

We can save the <b>SAP reports</b> ( eg.account balance sheet ) by creating a <b>spool number</b> by using print option in ur local output device. A standard program <b>RSTXPDFT4</b> has to be executed & give the perticular spool number.

Any type of reports in SAP can be generated in PDF format by using this program.
