trigger workflow after updating KNVV

Hi,

I want to trigger a workflow once the KNVV table is updated i.e in both the cases , when ever a new customer is created and when a new sales area is added to an existing customer. Any badi's or exits available for it?

Hi,

This will ahve to be done by using events, those events in turn trigger workflow

but where to trigger the event..which exit or badi?

U will ahve to use a business object (SWO1) and congiure it accordingly
