Hi All,
I need to know the FM for creating business transactions,, Is it possible by using FM, CRM_ORDER_MAINTAIN?.
If so can someone help me on this issue ?..
Any Help/Hint will be Appreciated..

There is one more FM <b>CRM_ICSS_SRVREQ_CREATE</b> which can be used to create transactions. But in case if you want to use <b>CRM_ORDER_MAINTAIN </b>then you will have to implement BADI <b>ORDER_SAVE</b>.

My requirement is to create service requests from a web application(BSP),, now I have to replicate the same in web frontend as like in CRMD_ORDER. For creating service request i have my own transaction, item, product defined / maintained..
It is working fine in CRMD_ORDER.
Inorder create a transaction by ABAP coding the only way is to use such FMs I think!.
Any more suggestions ?..
