How to indicate project order in PM

In IMG , goto the following menu path

Maintennace processing>>Maintenance order processing>>Function settings>>Indicate order type for project

U can define the maintenance order as the subnetwork of the project order/network by specifying the activity number of the network order in the additional data tab in PM order. By this way u can have budget control also.

But if u want the actual cost also to be posted in the project order then define the WBS Element code in the Location tab " Account Assignment details.
