item 000020 : Deliverry split due to conflicting Header data ( KZAZU: <->

Hello;

I am getting this error when I try to deliver a material 4277 item category TAN with 4278 item category TAL ( returnable packaging material) . There is a delivery split during delivery. In sales order at header level the order combination flag has been checked in shipping Tab. Also when I create outbound delivery vl01n in the items tab only the first material 4277 appears. when I try to manually enter the second line item 4278 error message : there is no item category available in item category determination table ( T184) for following entries

is the above mentioned setting correct.

what should be the settings for the outbound delivery so that higher level item and lower level item are delivered in same delivery.

The error message no item category available is becasue the configuration for the delivery item category hasnt been done.

Follow the path

SPRO -> Logistics Execution -> Shipping -> Define Item Category and Determination of Item Category for delivery.

Hi Singh,

The delivery split could happen for the following reasons

1) Ship to Party

2) Delivery Date

3) Inco Terms

4) Route

5) Shipping Point

Check whether both the line items share the same value for the above fields
