Hello,
I have pdf file that describe how to include additional cost in the production order such as labor, machinery and overhead. It is really useful and I see it will solve your problem. You do not need to pay for the file, if you think it solved your problem after reading the file, you can give forum point to me. Let me know if you need it.

Hi Jimmy,
Since so many people are interested in this file, I'd suggest uploading the file to free sfile sharing sites such as www.speedyshare.com and then upload the link here for people to download.
By doing this, you will not have to send the file everytime to people as they can directly download it from here. Alternatively, if you got this file from the SAP SMB portal, then a direct link from the portal would be more beneficial.

Hi Ajit,
What we have done is that we have created two items Electricity and Labour of type 'Labour'. Both these items would be Noninventory items. when you create production orders include these items in your Production orders. These items will be issued automatically ('Backflush').,
You will need to map the expenses of these items to a specific account to manage their the overheads,
Reply with what u did exactly...

Absolutely, you can define an Item called Overhead or whatever of type Labor and use it in a production BOM.
There is no specific restriction that it can only be used in Service.

Some Clients define an Item of type Labor and use it to allocate overhead costs.
