Customer Consignment Refurbishment process business scenario.

We want to do rework our own stock stayed in the customer premises. It got return by complaints .We don’t want to hit the inventory book at any time. This has to rework with

Internal source (Production) or external source (Subcontract).It may have Asset or Non Asset in our System. Is it possible by Refurbishment Order?.Can any tell me the bussiness process or SAP link or document for this ?.How to make Non-Valauated Goods Movement for this process?

You can use a standard PM order of the non-refurbishment type. Refurbishment order essentially deals with stock. Meaning it takes material/equipments from stock and returns them to stock. This, I guess you don't want. A maintenance order (standard PM01, PM02, PM03) can be created even without an equipment code. You can mention the material in the reference object screen area.

This way you don't touch the stock.
