My question is that one user id may be used by multiple people at a time in multiple systems which SAP License policy does not allow. But mostly companies are doing like this. Whts all can happen if i use multiple logon on several systems with one user ID?
Do anyone know that SAP can get my data under the license auditing program?
Please reply and get me know if some policy is there?
Regards
Inder
Hi Inder Pal
Sap give use licence for the company. Say 50 user license will be given to u.
But u cannot use more than what they have allocated to u. But if u mallpractice
u definitely get cought in SAP auditing. And sever fine may be imposed on u.
And SAP does audit, withou informing u. They may visit ur company one day without informing u, and do audit. That is there practice.
So its always go with the user licence what they allocated to ur company.
