MI on WM 6.0

Hi All,

We are planning to migrate existing MI application on WM 6.0. Does anyone knows about it? Is there any architectural change in WM 6.0 compared to WM 5.0. WM 5.0, due to ROM based memory structure has performance degradation. Did it continue in WM 6.0 also?

If Microsoft had made any architectural changes in it then will performance of MI improve on this?

Hi Rajesh

For the time being MI doesnt support WM 6.0 devices but will be available in a few months from now. We have few issues on 6.0 devices and once all these are resolved we would support this device.

Thanks for the instant reply. May I know the issues involved in WM 6.0 support for the MI. Does it also supports NWM 7.1?

Also, when we will be able to use WM 6.0 for MI?

Hi Rajesh,

As per my knowledge it has some issues with DB2E.........
