Support Packages SAP_APPL In ECC5

After upgrading from SAP 4.6C To ECC5 the R/3 Support Packages for 46C SAP_APPL are now labeled "Logistics and Accounting" in ECC5. Are these the same type of support package? If not has anything replaced the R/3 Support packs in ECC5? Please advise.

When u upgrade all new functionalities will be included.

4.6 C SAP_APPL pkg is different from ECC SAP_APPL.
