Standard SAP Shopping Cart fields on Read-Only

Dear SAP gurus,

I want to set some fields in a SRM Shopping Cart on read-only so that the users can't change the values.

I know this should be possible in the templates but this is something I don't want to do. This is because when a new support package is implemented al the templates have to be changed again.

Is there a way to do this via BADI's or something else? Or is it only possible via the templates?

We are using SRM 4.0.

You can use the BADI "BBP_UI_CONTROL_BADI".

Hi,

You can use the screen varients(SHD0) to make this happen, so this way upgrade will not effect the process.
