Broadcasting - Can't see KM Folder

Hi, I am trying to Broadcast a Workbook into a folder I created in KM under the /documents folder. When I configure the Broadcast and go to specify the folder, I am unable to see the folder I want to Broadcast to. Permissions on the folder say everyone full.

The folders I see are:

Favorites

Personal Documents

Recently Used

Common Folders

Public Documents

Taxonomies

I found the documentation that mentions this to be true that we will only see these folders.

As a developer setting this up how am I supposed to be able to broadcast to a folder setup for special groups? Any ideas what I have to do to make my new folder visible in the Broadcast Configuration?
