SOFFICEINTEGRATION019 Error in PBWW

Hi all,

I tried to create a rtf text in PBWW. However, I received "Internal error in SAP OLE document container control - SOFFICEINTEGRATION019" error.

We are using ECC6.0 version

How to resolve this error?
