I want to know the Industry Sector for already existed material, how.....?

Hello sir,

Just check this in Display MMR by Tcode MM03, under basic data1 screen, there is a blue colored " information on material " icon which will provide you the industry sector,material type etc., of the existing material.

For this go to MM03 when you will go to Basic data screen there is information icon with <b>i</b> .you need to click the that you will get the details what are looking for that industry type/material type/etc..

Even you can for the list of material i am not remembering the t.code if i am not wrong MM60 there you will get the industry details.

Other ways are the going to tables using the SE11.

If i am wrong anywhere do let me know

in MM03 goto basic data screen, there click on the blue colored i button. here you can see the industry type.

Also in SE16 table MARA.

Got to SE16 t code

Put table name as MARA put the material and execute.

u will find the industry sector
