It is like a lock on the employee.. Once a PCR ( Personnel Change Request) is initiated against an employee, an entry(earmark) gets created for this pernr in T77INT. This prevents initiation of further PCRs for the same employee. Once the PCR is completed the 'lock' is released ie the Table entry gets deleted..
