vendor evaluation

How to change the score for a Vendor in vendor evaluation once it has already been evaluated thru automatic scoring. tried to change it again thru me63 but still give the same score which was seen earlier. please advice

Hi,

For scores which are auto matically calculated by criteria you will not be able to

change those you can influence the rating by giving less score in manual criteria

It depends on the automatic criteria, generally , if there's no transaction for the vendor yet, then if you try to evaluate it again, the result still the same.
