Hi to all,
It very urgent to my project.
Can any one explain the each enterprise structure (type of structure) which is listed below:
1. Functional reporting
2. Location
3. Union
under what situation we will go for selecting either of the structure.

Hi Babu,
We can say wat structure suits for you. It z all vary from client to client. Let z say if the client has in only one location. they can take business functions as Personnel Areas, Most of the times union will get mapped to U r Employee Groups and ESG. If you are in multiple locations, you can take Location as PA and Business functions as PSA. You have to study and Understand their process and Map it to SAP.

Hi,
First analyze the structures and procedures in your company, and then match them to the SAP structures. There are various organization elements defined as examples in the standard version. Normally these would not cover all your needs. Extend the elements as required.
You should limit the number of persons authorized to maintain organization elements. Define the authorization profiles accordingly.
