Why the benefit plan did not appear ?

Hi.

I have configure in IMG the health plan and insurance plan , then flexible administration...But when i hire or adjust reason for a new employee ,and create IT 0717 , then in ENROLLMENT i still se " Default offer" or "New hire" but in that i see no plan.......Maybe i have configured in a wrong way ..Could you show me how to make these plans appear to be enrolled ?

Is there any document that describes step by step the Benefit configuration.. ?

Hi,

You might be missing some groupings, Check ur parameter grouping in Benefits.

Hi,

Thank you very much for you reply , but when i check i got the following error.

No entry for eligibility variant IMED / eligibility grouping EGR1

What does this mean ?

Hi Qui,

The following are the table for Eligibility Group and Eligibility Variants, You can work around with these tables along with IT 378 adjustment reason. you can create adjustment reason as IMED.
