add one not connected

hi

i am installed xl reporter nd outlook integration in my sap b1.previously both are working,but when i wanted to connect the add ones the error message appeared on screen as

unable to connect the sap business one

connection-connection string is not valid.[66000-84]. the user is not licensed.

but i have installed the license key into my machine before itself.can any one help me

Hello,

Addon installation required addon access license components and if you have professional users license, I think you could run add on. Addon access is as same as SAP addons. Try to check in the license administration.
