Change password button pointing to wrong page

Hi all,

On our Enterprise Buyer development client, the "Change Password" button on the login.html seems to be pointing to the wrong template. It appears to be pointint to changepassword.html rather than inetchangepassword.html. I have gathered this from the output source from ITS:

So, now when a user clicks on the change password button, the page that is displayed does not contain any images, style sheet layouts etc, and is just a blank page with a username and password field which dont work either when trying to submit the form.

I am only new to this, but from what i can gather the button on the login.html page is pointing to an incorrect page. Any ideas?
