Infotype specific attachments - Uploading / Retrieval

The requirement is to upload an attachment along with the Leave Request while the leave type is 'SICK Leave'. (IT 2002 Subtype SICK )

Once the employee submits the Leave Request in ESS, where should the attachment be stored and how is it retrieved ?

you need to modify the workflow for this. you can use this option of attachment as workflows do support attachment option. this can be achieved.

Is it ITS or ESS (business package) on Portal?
