Please do needful.
many of user are getting " 500 internal server error" down it shows "Fail to process request . Please Contact your system administrator"
This error getting when user click HR, MSS tab i.e role in Portal.
can any one tell me what the procedure o follow.

Hi,
This is not a specific error. It can often times be cleared up by simply refreshing. It could be that the portal was to slow to connect, it could be that the backend was too overwhelemd to connect, it could be several things. That's why I suggested having your BASIS folks look into it. In one case recently, ours was simply that the server was not tuned correctly and was "missing" connections. It might be something fairly simple for you.
