Problems with accessing SSO links

I am getting the following errors in the pop up when I click on the transactional iview.

"Not all Data for SAP GUI shortcut is available"

"System ID is unknown"

"Enter the missing data"

Any help to fix this porblem is highly appreciated

Id suggest that you are missing some crucial setting in the system connector you have defined. By the looks of things the SID of the backend system.

Double check that you have completed enough information in the connector to allow backend access.

Hi Anandh,

In SSO there is ticket issued and reception of ticket takes place for that there should be unique System ID (SID) and Client pair for youe portal as well as backend.

I think that you can have SID Common for both EP and backend but client should be absolutelly different that does not exist in the backend so that SID and Client pair should be Unique,According to me it is the cause of problem.

Hi,

1) Please test created system( in Portal) whether you are abel to communicate.

2) If transaction iView property is set to Web GUI, make sure that ITS details are keyed in System properties.
