How to append the sap-cssurl to the wd application

Hi all

I am trying application specific theme for wd application. I suppose I do not have to do anything in the Visual Administrator for this thing.

How do I append my application parameter with this sap-cssurl to access the specific theme?

The theme is residing in the SSR/themes folder.

Moreover I do not want to use any outbound plug as suggested in many threads.
