Upgrading SAP B1 version fails

Dear All,

I upgrade SAP B1 database but fails and takes more than 6 hours meanwhile the database size only 5 GB for mdf file and 2.7 GB for log. Why could it take so long for upgrading ? is it a SAP B1 database problem ? Finally it is failed.

Please let me know. TIA

Hello,

I suggest you to check SAP Notes 1000846 since there is upgrade scripts to perform before taking upgrading process, after that contact SAP support for further assitance.

Which Version of SAP B1 are you currently running?

To which version are you trying to Upgrade?

What exactly is the error you are getting.
