Regarding Alert Configuration ?

Hi @,

In my system I have defined the alert category and using the same I have defined rule for alert configuration .

BUt when there is any exception I am not getting any message in my Alert Inbox.

I have tested with RSALERTTEST report and then Iam getting the message in my inbox but else I am not getting the message .

Please suggest any solution .

Hi

In order to receive alerts we have to add ourselfs to the receivers list. have you done it and also check RWB part that is This is the end of the configuration in sapgui and now we can start working with RWB (Runtime Workbench).

- log on to RWB

- choose Alert configuration

- create a new alert rule
