Alert Configuration for automatic ticket generation

Hello All,

I want to make an interface that whenever any error occurs alert should generate ticket automatically to Ticket tools like Remedy, Clarify etc.

Pls send me pdfs/ links regarding it

If u want to raise alert from the mapping, you can write a simple UDF which makes a RFC Call (RFC Mapping Lookup) to a standard SAP RFC (SALERT_CREATE) which in turn will raise the alert for you.

Hello Bill,

Basically I want to make a generic alert interface that whenever any alert comes from any Interface , this generic alert interface should generate ticket automatically to Ticket tools like Remedy, Clarify
