Pick and Pack manager problem

Dear All,

system throwing error message "can't insert the value null into docentry" when I want to add delivery, what is that means ?

Seems the error relate to docentry field type/length. I suggest you to check the field doc entry in table ODLN - DLN12 to know the field type/length, let me know also the version you are using.

Please give the SAP B1 version? When and where exactly do you get this error ? in Pick Pack Manager?
