Integration between PP and HR

Hi

we are not implementing CATS,but in Time management we are recording IN and OUT time,Attendance.

Now plse tell me how best v can utilise the HR module informations in PP

Hi,

As far as i'm concerned, with the confirmation time of the production orders with the operator's employee id, u can get the actual working hours of the operator. This will be helpful for u in calculating their performance incentives and attendance.
