How a exchange rate type determined when do a posting? assume GR..

where is the assignment to cater the type to follow the rate...

Hi Ram,

At the time of posting the Exchnage Rate Type (ERT) gets pickd up from the document type we use. If you look at the document type in config i.e OBA7 in all the document types there is a field for mantaining ERT. If we keep it blank it wil take the value assigned to ERT M. The rate for ERT M and others we mantain in OB08
