Question: What is the purpose of 7.0 setting in RSLOGSYSMAP
Problem:
I set the RSLOGSYSMAP mapping in BI QA as follows:
ECC DEV 100 --> ECC QA 900
ECC DEV 200 --> ECC QA 900
In BI QA after transport, I get transformations assigned to source system ECC DEV 100 and ECC QA 900. The transformations for ECC DEV 100 are inactive because source system does not exist in BI QA. The other is fine.
Why do I get 2 source system assignments for some transformation?
The ECC system has multiple clients and this occurs when transport request isinitiated from client 100 as in example.
Any ideas?
Hi Raynald,
Not exactly an answer to your question, but when preparing the transport request in BI Dev (RSA1 > Transport Connection), why do you not remove "ECC DEV 100" from the source systems and leave only "ECC DEV 200"?
regards,
Csaba
[PS I know it could be only a workaround]
