Regd Master Data for 0ps_c04 and 0ps_c02 In Project System!!

Hi Guru's

M working in PS, yes'day I posted one thread ,and i closed the thread before getting clear information, thats why m writing another thread,

first of all Sorry for any inconenience..

well, the prblm here is i already discussed that i'ven't got any specs and requirement,

but after searching help.com and from prevoius post i'selected to use 2 cubes , i,e

0ps_c04- PS-controlling and 0ps_c02, PS -Dates

But the prblm is M not able to know find master data is going require for this cubes inorder to get that std reports under these cubes,

Guys , if any one of u worked with These before ,can any one pls list me that corresponding Master data

You can also right clk on cube and go to Infosource Overview. The next screen, you will all the master data and transaction data required for this cube.

one more thing which update mode do i need to select while loading master data..?

But Anyway I've do load Master Data now or later but

my doubt is which update mode is do i need to choose??

Full Update or initialize delta ,

M Using this cubes first time.., never done with CO module either ..

Coz this Cube is getting Most of the Data from CO module right??.

Hi Sruan,

You can first trigger an Initilization Request and subsequently load Delta.

Init will help you maintain delta for next load and you can only load New/Change Records from Next load.

Full load will bring all data first time but , next time willcause duplication.

Just do a full for now as u want d reports jst for presenting.

Or do Init with data transfer.

Hi Sruan,

U can get the samples w/o master data as well but you will see like #/notassigned for most of the master data.

You can load master data for WBS Element, Project, n some fields which u think u want to show on report.

If ur cube is up n running u can just run a standard report so u can have a feel abt it how its gonna luk.
